Wine and cheese tasting with Israel Defense Force Lieutenant Colonel (7 p.m.)

This event at the Chabad Jewish Center will feature a talk with Lieutenant Colonel Yaron Buskila, a reserve member of the Israeli military. A tasting assortment of regional wines, cheeses and fruit will also be provided. According to posts from the Chabad Center promoting the event, Buskila was involved in the country’s response to the Oct. 7, 2023, attack and was deployed in Gaza for over 100 days. What to know about GLP-1s (2:30 to 3:30 p.m.)

Head to Northwest Regional Library and get to know your neighbors through a community discussion about “The Seed Keeper” by Diane Wilson. Coral Springs City Commission meeting (9 a.m.)

This week’s meeting will take place in the morning, rather than the evening, following several scheduled conversations with elected officials in Tallahassee. Interested residents can find the agenda online and register for public comment anytime.

Beverly Lewis & the MiXX at The Walk (6 to 8 p.m.)

Sales strategies for the digital world (6:30 p.m.)

The American Business Women’s Association will host a session at Runyon’s Coral Springs, providing insight into the key components of pricing products and successfully selling in today’s digital marketplace.
