Six new Smalls Sliders locations are coming to Broward County, including one in Coral Springs.

Founded in 2019, the restaurant has 375 franchises open or under development, serving a shorter menu of cheeseburger sliders, seasoned waffle fries and milkshakes out of overhauled bright orange shipping containers.

Smalls Sliders is a combined effort from restauranteur Brandon Landry, founder of ESPN-recognized Walk-On’s, and former Tropical Smoothie Cafe CEO Charles Watson. The business also has investor backing from 10 Point Capital and longtime New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees.

Fort Lauderdale-based Stacked Hospitality will spearhead the brand’s launch in Broward County. It’s backed by Press and Grind Cafe founder Joe Sloboda and longtime partners Stanley Tsung and Gustavo Bursztyn.

The brand lists their small footprint, simple menu and ease of operation as key ingredients for their rapid expansion across the southeastern United States.

In addition to Coral Springs, new franchises are planned for Fort Lauderdale, Pembroke Pines, Davie, Hollywood and Pompano Beach, according to a Nov. 5 news release.

According to spokesperson Bridget Peterson, some properties have already been selected, with openings scheduled for mid-2026.

The brand already has a presence in Florida, with restaurants in Ocala and Pensacola.

More information is available on the company’s website: smallssliders.com.
