For those who can’t or would rather not cook on Thanksgiving for one reason or another, there are plenty of restaurants in the Coral Springs area where you can get a turkey dinner.

Restaurants are anticpating enough demand to warrant staffing up for the holiday, but if you’d prefer to eat at home, lots of food joints offer to-go menus or catering.

Here are some restaurants to consider.

Runyon’s

Runyon’s is offering both a takeout and sit-down Thanksgiving dinner menu. If you opt to pick up on Tuesday or Wednesday, the meal is $50, but it goes up to $60 if you want to pick it up Thursday. The dinner includes the classic turkey and the expected sides such as gravy, mashed potatoes and green beans with a pumpkin pie for dessert.

The dine-in Thanksgiving menu also runs for $60, but customers can still order off the a la carte menu. Call for reservations.

4 Rivers Smokehouse

4 Rivers Smokehouse in The Walk will deliver a Thanksgiving meal to your doorstep, but you have to order by Nov. 22. You can get smoked turkey, brisket, ribs, prime rib, sauces, bakery items and more. They’re also offering the same service for Christmas dinner.

Sharkey’s Bar & Grill

Sharkey’s is serving up live music and a Thanksgiving special for $25.95. Sippin’ Fire is playing everything from classic rock to disco from 5 to 9 p.m. while guests can eat the Thanksgiving specials with dessert. Doors open at 4 p.m.

Dyan’s Country Kitchen

Dyan’s Kitchen offers a “traditional Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings’” for pickup Wednesday, Nov. 26, or Thursday, Nov. 27. The smaller package serves four to six people for $195, while the larger serves eight to 10 for $315. You can also order individual meats, sides and desserts in bulk.

TooJay’s

TooJay’s in The Walk is offering a $29.99 to-go Thanksgiving prix fixe meal for either dine-in or for those who order ahead. The offer is available Nov. 24-29. They’re also offering catering packages starting at $129.99 for five people.

Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant

If you’re looking for an upscale twist to your holiday, head to Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant in Coconut Creek. The American-fusion eatery will be offering slow-roasted turkey, stuffing, butternut squash soup, potatoes, green beans, carrots, cranberry sauce and Eli’s pumpkin praline cheesecake, with the full Thanksgiving menu available from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Adults eat for $36.99 and kids for $15.99. A take-home option that serves six guests is available for $199.99.

Flanigan’s Seafood Bar and Grill

For a quintessentially South Florida Thanksgiving, make it out to Flanigan’s anytime from 11 a.m. to midnight. The family-run chain is offering two turkey specials. If you dine in, you’ll get over a half pound of oven roasted turkey breast, mashed potatoes, giblet gravy, stuffing, cranberry sauce, Ceasar salad, rolls and a drink for $16.99. A “just dinner” to-go deal includes a half-pound of Jennie-O turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy rolls and cranberry sauce for $14.99. Both will be offered while supplies last.

Cracker Barrel

Cracker Barrel will open its doors from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. and serve traditional Thanksgiving meals as early as 11 a.m. An extensive “heat and serve” to-go list can serve groups of four to six or eight to 10 guests, featuring mains such as ham, turkey and prime rib and sides, including sweet potato casserole, green beans, sweet rolls and more. Pre-ordered packages range from $124.99-$199.99 and are available for pickup from Nov. 22-30.

Denny’s

South Florida Denny’s locations will be serving up turkey dinners for dine-in and to-go customers all 24 hours of Thanksgiving Day. A “Holiday Turkey Bundle” offering the same will be available to pre-order starting Nov. 21. The nearest locations to Coral Springs are in Tamarac and Margate.
