Sarasota woman, 69. dies in High Springs crash

A 69-year-old Sarasota woman died in a three-vehicle crash on July 11 in High Springs, according to a report from the Florida Highway Patrol.

At the intersection of US Highway 27 and Northwest 174th Avenue in High Springs.

The FHP report

According to the report, a 61-year-old Branford man was driving a pickup truck when he hit the back of the Sarasota woman's vehicle, an SUV, which was stopped in standstill traffic. The SUV then veered off the road, and the pickup truck hit the back of a third vehicle. The Sarasota woman was wearing a seatbelt but died from her injuries.
