Coral Springs’ priciest home has a whopping 18 bathrooms. Guess how many bedrooms
Luxury waterfront mansions may dominate South Florida headlines, but extravagant homes aren’t limited to the coast.
In Coral Springs, the city’s most expensive home sits on Eagle Trace Boulevard, with a 2025 market value of about $7.4 million, according to Broward County Property Appraiser records.
Built in 1988, the two-story estate features nine bedrooms, 18 bathrooms, a pool and a tennis court, placing it among the most lavish properties in the city, according to real estate records.
The home sits within Eagle Trace, a gated community surrounding a private golf course, and reflects the upper end of Coral Springs’ luxury market near the western edge of the city and the Florida Everglades.
Though far below the $170 million waterfront mansion recently purchased by tech billionaire Mark Zuckerberg on Miami Beach’s Indian Creek Island, the Coral Springs estate is the highest-valued residential property among several western Broward cities.
The market value assigned by the Broward Property Appraiser represents the office’s estimate of what a property would likely sell for in the open market as of Jan. 1 of the tax year.
Taxable values used for property taxes can be lower due to exemptions such as Florida’s Save Our Homes protections tied to the homestead exemption.
As South Florida property values have climbed in recent years, the Coral Springs estate shows how luxury real estate has expanded beyond coastal enclaves into suburban communities across Broward County.
Still, nothing compares to the nine-bedroom, 11-bathroom mansion Zuckerberg purchased on the island dubbed “Billionaire Bunker” for all the wealthy individuals who live there, including Jeff Bezos.
