Check your numbers. Free lottery ticket from Coral Springs Publix wins top prize

A Publix shopper in Coral Springs got lucky playing the lottery Thursday night, winning a jackpot prize with a free ticket.

The Fantasy 5 player will split the money with two other winners who also matched all five numbers to win the top prize in the June 4 evening drawing.

Each player will take home $38,336.66, dividing up what would have been a roughly $115,000 windfall, according to the Florida Lottery.

The Broward County winner acquired their ticket at the Publix Super Market at Coral Landings II at 6270 W. Sample Road. The player won with a free ticket — which is the prize for matching two out of five numbers in a previous Fantasy 5 drawing.

The winning numbers were 6-7-9-14-33, and winners have 180 days from the draw date to claim their prize.

Fantasy 5 drawings happen twice a day.
