Three lottery players will split jackpot prize. Two tickets came from Broward

Two lottery players in Broward County hit the jackpot Saturday in a drawing that produced three winners statewide.

The players will split a nearly $60,000 prize from the June 27 Fantasy 5 midday drawing, leaving each with $20,062 before taxes, according to the Florida Lottery.

The Broward tickets were purchased at the RaceTrac gas station at 3990 Griffin Road in Hollywood and the Pompano Food and Daily convenience store at 599 N. Federal Highway in Pompano Beach.

The third winning ticket came from a Publix in Lake Mary, an Orlando suburb.

The winning numbers were 2-3-9-10-12.

All three ticket holders chose those numbers themselves, rather than have the machine pick the numbers for them. They all beat the 1-in-376,992 odds of matching all five numbers to win the top prize.

Meanwhile, there were also three winners in Saturday’s Fantasy 5 evening drawing, with the tickets being sold in Opa Locka, Tampa and The Villages. Each winner will take home $39,830 before taxes.

The winning numbers were 1-2-3-5-10.
