Check your numbers: $6.75M lottery ticket sold at Broward Publix. Here’s where

A stop at a Broward County grocery store led to a life-changing prize for a lottery player.

The winner hit the jackpot in the Wednesday, July 1, Florida Lotto drawing, matching all six numbers to win $6.75 million, Florida Lottery results show.

The ticket was sold at the Publix supermarket at 1415 E. Sunrise Blvd. in Fort Lauderdale, and the winning numbers were 4-5-25-33-42-52.

The winner used the Quick Pick option and had the computer terminal randomly generate six numbers. The player matched all six, beating the 1-in-22,957,480 odds of winning the jackpot prize.

It’s the second time this year a Florida Lotto jackpot prize was won in South Florida. A Publix in Boca Raton sold the winning ticket — worth $29.25 million — for the May 30 drawing.

Players have 180 days from the draw date to claim their prize.
