How You Dough’n, South Florida’s sourdough pizza sensation, is coming to Coral Springs this year.

The new location, its first in Broward County, is set to open in the 3300 N. University Drive Cornerstone development in the downtown area, which will also include luxury rental apartments and restaurants, according to the city.

An official opening date hasn’t been announced, but it could come as soon as late November, a How You Dough’n spokesperson told the Coral Springs News on Tuesday, Oct. 21.

How You Dough’n began as a pet project during the COVID-19 pandemic lockdowns, when Boca Raton couple Garett and Gabby Goodman began sharing their homemade artisan pizzas with their neighbors.

Within the year, a few requests turned into hundreds, and the artisan creations became a viral award-winning sensation.

Menu items include unique flavors such as chicken tikka masala and pistachio, as well as classic tomato and cheese options. Prices usually range from $16 to $21 for a small 12-inch pie to between $20 and $28 for a 16-inch version.

How You Dougn’n currently has three South Florida locations, all in Palm Beach County: their flagship restaurant in Boca Raton’s Spanish River section, another in Boca Raton’s Palmetto neighborhood, and a third in Boynton Beach.

The planned expansion will also add a location in Las Vegas.
