Looking for a new dining destination in Coral Springs?

South Florida’s newest Gary Rack’s Farmhouse Kitchen location will open its doors Monday, June 15, according to social media posts by the growing restaurant chain.

The eatery pitches itself as bringing an elevated, lively and engaging dining experience to South Florida’s restaurant scene.

Featured dishes include tomato risotto, roasted salmon with lemon remoulade, as well as head chef Demetrio Zavala’s signature Food Network Flavortown Food Fight Burger.

Brunch, dessert and cocktails will also be offered.

The 3,600-square-foot restaurant aims for a “distinctly urban aesthetic,” according to a news release, featuring concrete floors and open ceilings with bright red vintage birdcage light fixtures.

Ruben Ubiera, an acclaimed Miami muralist with surrealist works across the United States, designed the multi-wall mural that spans across Gary Rack’s open-style kitchen.

The restaurant will be open for the following hours:

  • Monday through Thursday: 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Friday: 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
  • Saturday: 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.
  • Sunday: 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Reservations and menu previews are available on the Gary Rack’s Farmhouse Kitchen website.
