A 32-year-old man who disappeared on a run in Coral Springs was found safe in north Florida two weeks later, police said.

Both Coral Springs police and the man’s family shared updates on social media the morning of Sunday, Jan. 25, that the missing man had been found “in good health.”

Law enforcement reported finding him in northern Florida, and he was removed from the system as a missing person. Foul play wasn’t believed to be involved.

The Coral Springs resident went for his usual run the afternoon of Jan. 11 without his wallet, phone or keys, and he never returned, according to police. His family thought he would come back, but reported him missing two days later when he didn’t.

A widespread search for him began, with family and friends putting out calls on social media for help finding him and working with police to search the areas he frequents.

His brother wrote on Facebook that his family is now working to bring him home.
