Motorcyclist killed in crash on Wiles Road, Coral Springs police say

Police are investigating the circumstances leading up to a fatal crash between a motorcycle and a vehicle.

A crash between a motorcycle and another vehicle on Wiles Road left one man dead, according to Coral Springs police.

The crash happened at around 1:44 p.m. on Thursday, June 18, near the crossroads of Wiles Road and Coral Ridge Drive, shutting down the intersection plus a stretch of westbound Wiles Road to NW 110th Avenue.

The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene, and no one else was hospitalized from the accident.

Police couldn’t disclose further details about the circumstances of the crash as the investigation is ongoing.
