Dear Olivia owners to open new restaurant at former Angelo Elia site
The tables at the former Angelo Elia Pizza, Bar & Tapas restaurant won’t be empty for long, as a new upscale eatery is set to take its place at the Sawgrass Center shopping plaza in Coral Springs next summer.
Ember and Vine markets itself as “a modern hearth-driven restaurant inspired by the rituals of wine country.”
The restaurant’s website features images of what the interior will likely look like — warm and minimalist with cream, brown and gold tones.
The brand is part of P Hospitality, a local company headed by Eddie and Christina Pozzuoli. The pair already have a foothold in the area, having successfully launched Eddie and Vinny’s in Coral Springs, as well as reviving or launching concepts in Boca Raton and Palm Beach Gardens including Prezzo and Corvina Seafood.
P Hospitality also manages recently-opened Dear Olivia in Parkland, which the Pozzuolis co-founded with Paul Greenberg.
The menus at restaurants operated by P Hospitality range from Italian comfort food to Asian fusion and fresh fish dishes.

The owners of Angelo Elia Pizza, Bar & Tapas closed the Italian restaurant after over 11 years in business at the location.
