The Knife restaurant opens in Coral Springs after long wait. Here’s what’s on menu
After an extended wait, a South Florida favorite is finally open in the Coral Square Mall.
The Knife, an Argentinian steakhouse brand founded in Hallendale Beach in 2002, promises fire-grilled premium beef, pork and chicken cuts, plus unlimited fresh salads, starters, desserts and drinks.
The restaurant has seen past praise with a “Best of Broward/Palm Beach” Award from the Miami New Times and a Tripadvisor 2023 Travelers’ Choice Award for its Doral location.
However, its owners have faced setbacks, including the closure of The Knife’s Hallendale Beach and Bayside Miami restaurants and extensive permitting issues while attempting to open in Coral Springs.
The Knife, located at 9231 W. Atlantic Blvd., is currently hiring chefs, waitstaff and other positions.
