Coral Springs will see another new dining option in the coming months as the Cornerstone complex continues to add restaurants to its first-floor commerical spaces.

Developer Mill Creek Residential announced Tuesday, Feb. 24, that Farmhouse Kitchen, which has locations in Boca Raton and Delray Beach, will take one of the remaining units.

The restaurant features “locally sourced, seasonal menus that honor our guests, local purveyors, and the environment,” according to its website.

Founder and owner Gary Rack designed the restaurant around “the belief that a farm-fresh approach to great food and wine in an amazing environment is a recipe for life-long memories,” according to the business’ website.

He also owned Rack’s Fish House and Oyster Bar, which closed in August 2025.

Farmhouse Kitchen’s Coral Springs expansion has been in the works for over a year, according to a February 2025 article from Business Debut.

An opening date has not been announced as of Feb. 24.

In addition to Farmhouse Kitchen, Big Whiskey’s and Let’s Chill Homemade Ice Cream are other eateries coming to the Modera complex.
