Pleasure Caribbean Cuisine is now open in Coral Springs’ Riverside Plaza.

Owners Betanie Henry and chef Richemond “Ray” Belice also run Unique Park Restaurant in Pompano Beach. With over a quarter century in South Florida’s kitchens, the duo began preparations to open Pleasure Caribbean in mid-2025.

The restaurant opened its doors this month with a menu featuring hearty stews, fritay platters, deep fried pork griot, jars of piclise spicy slaw and more Creole specialties — including a Sunday-only pumpkin soup, according to one reviewer.

Pleasure Caribbean, located at 8242 Wiles Road, is open every day of the week. Hours vary:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
  • Friday-Saturday: 8 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.
  • Sunday: 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Delivery and catering are also available. Learn more online at pleasureresto.com or call 954-775-0054.
