CrestBay has joined a growing number of commercial real estate investors sinking millions into Coral Springs properties after finalizing a deal for a property in the city’s warehouse park.

The Miami Beach-based company purchased the 31,000-square-foot property at 4300 NW 124th Ave. for $7.3 million in mid-April, according to documents.

The sale appears to be a major return for former owners linked to the building’s current tenant, locally owned All Year Cooling, which purchased the property for $4.25 million in 2020.

The sale follows a string of commercial real estate shakeups, largely fueled by shopping center purchases in Coral Springs, including Turtle Crossing, the Esplanade and the Shoppes at Heron Lakes, among others.

Other industrial sites have also changed hands recently, including a JELD-WEN window and door manufacturing facility now under a lease-back agreement with Stonelake Capital Partners.

Lupin Pharmaceuticals purchased a Coral Springs property in October, with plans to build a $250 million plant in the city.

This is part of a national trend, according to global commercial real estate giant Cushman and Wakefield.

The company’s most-recent industry report said that the first quarter of 2026 was America’s strongest in three years. Analysts wrote that this is likely because companies are responding to geopolitical uncertainty and shifting trade policies by strengthening U.S.-based supply chains.
