Vehicle crashes into guardrail on Sawgrass Expressway, minor injuries reported
A vehicle collided with a guardrail on the southbound Sawgrass Expressway between Sample Road and Coral Ridge Drive on Friday afternoon, according to police.
The adult man driving the vehicle sustained minor injuries, Coral Springs police said. It’s unclear at this time what led to the accident.
The crash was reported at 12:36 p.m. on May 1 near the bend on the highway, prompting police and Florida Highway Patrol to respond.
State troopers took over the crash investigation, and the scene was cleared shortly after.
